Account

You have two options to create your VessLink account:

  1. Social sign-in: Simply click the Google, Apple, or Facebook icon on the sign-in screen to use your existing social media account.
  2. Email sign-up: Hit the “Create Account” button, enter your details, set a password, and verify your email.

For a detailed walkthrough, check out our user manual.

Yes! Think of a VessLink device like a car key. You can give copies to multiple people, but only one person can drive the car at a time. Similarly, you can pair VessLink with several smartphones or tablets, but it can only be actively used with one mobile device at any given moment.

If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot password?” button on your sign-in screen. Enter your account email, and we’ll send you a password reset link. Open it so you can set a new password.

If you’re inside your VessLink account already, open the “More” section from the navigation menu. Click on your profile details and select “Change Password.” Insert your current password, create a new one, and tap “Save New Password” to confirm changes.

On your VessLink app, click on the three dots in the navigation menu to reach the “More” section of your account.

Here, click the arrow next to your personal information to open the “Account” section, where you can change your account email and password.

We store your data in the cloud, so even if you lose your phone, it’s safe and sound. Though to keep your VessLink account secure, we recommend signing into your account from another mobile device as soon as possible and changing your password and/or email.

Sure. You can add multiple boats to your VessLink account, though keep in mind you can only use VessLink with one boat at a time.
